Introduction
Hi, I'm Coach Jay. I come from a tennis background, having played since I was 6 years old. After taking a break due to an injury, I transitioned to pickleball over a year ago and have since played in several tournaments.
While I haven’t reached the podium just yet, that remains one of my personal goals. More importantly, I’m here to help you gain match experience, improve your game, and enjoy the process - whether you're just starting out or ready to compete.

Court Booking
Court fee inclusion is subjective to individual coach.
Some coaches include the court rental, and some require students to book the court after booking the coach.

Please note that we do not offer direct court booking services.
Reschedule
Rescheduling requires 48 hours' advance notice with valid reason and proof, except in cases of emergency with a valid reason and supporting documentation.
All reschedule requests are subject to coaches' approvals.
Cancellation / Refund
Booking cannot be cancelled once confirmed. In the event of a no-show, no refund will be issued.
Report Misconduct / Dissatisfaction
To report coach misconduct / dissatisfaction, please submit a complaint within 24 hours of your session's completion to 361@lalahero.com.
Complaints received after this timeframe will not be processed. Pickle361 will conduct an investigation within two working days.
Paddles Rental & Balls
Paddles rental and balls may be available for rent on site or provided by the coaches, depending on the coach.
