Introduction
Adrian Chai is an experienced coach at PUPA and has contributed significantly to multiple national pickleball initiatives. From weekly PUPA coaching to government-endorsed programs like the Program Pengenalan Sukan Pickleball (Jabatan Perdana Menteri) and Program Penggalakan Sukan Untuk Semua Pickleball (Kementerian Belia dan Sukan), Adrian brings deep knowledge, structure, and passion to every session. He is also the assistant coach for the Putrajaya Malaysia Junior Pickleball Team.

Court Booking
Court fee inclusion is subjective to individual coach.
Some coaches include the court rental, and some require students to book the court after booking the coach.

Reschedule
Rescheduling requires 48 hours' advance notice with valid reason and proof, except in cases of emergency with a valid reason and supporting documentation.
All reschedule requests are subject to coaches' approvals.
Cancellation / Refund
Booking cannot be cancelled once confirmed. In the event of a no-show, no refund will be issued.
Report Misconduct / Dissatisfaction
To report coach misconduct / dissatisfaction, please submit a complaint within 24 hours of your session's completion to 361@lalahero.com.
Complaints received after this timeframe will not be processed. Pickle361 will conduct an investigation within two working days.
Paddles Rental & Balls
Paddles rental and balls may be available for rent on site or provided by the coaches, depending on the coach.
