PPA Tour Asia: Panas Malaysia Open 2025

The PPA Tour Asia: Panas Malaysia Open 2025 will be held from 3-6 July 2025 at 9Pickle, Setia Alam, featuring Junior U18 division alongside professional and amateur categories.

With a USD54,000 total prize pool, this PPA Tour Asia event marks Malaysia's premier international pickleball competition across all age groups from under 18 until 50+.

Registration opens on 19 May 2025, with players allowed to enter up to 4 categories in their respective divisions.

Tournament Format & Rules

DUPR-Based Brackets

• Amateurs: Grouped by DUPR (3.5↑/↓) + age (U18/19+/35+/50+)
• Pros: Minimum DUPR 4.5 required

Match Formats

• Amateurs: Round Robin → 15-point games | Finals: Best 2/3 to 11
• Pros: Qualifiers (Best 2/3 to 11) | Doubles Finals (Best 3/5 to 11)

Partner Rules

• Both players must register/pay within 7 days
• No substitutions after main draw published

Late Policy

• 5+ minutes late = 11-0 walkover loss
• Check-in closes 30 mins before match

Equipment

• Approved paddles only (no modifications)
