KL Spartan Cup

The KL Spartan Cup will be held on 7-8 June 2025 at Dink Arena @ USJ, featuring exciting matches in Men's, Women's and Mixed Doubles categories for both novice and intermediate players.

With a total prize pool of RM15,000, this tournament promises competitive yet fun pickleball action.

Hosted by KL Spartan Badminton Academy and sponsored by Sonex and Legendtek, this event welcomes players of all skill levels to experience Malaysia's growing pickleball community.

Novice Men Doubles and Mix Doubles

• Champ: RM 1000 + Paddles (RM1000) + Medal
• Runner Up: RM 400 + Sports Equipment + Medal
• 3rd Place: Sports Equipment + Medal

Intermediate Men Doubles and Mix Doubles

• Champ: RM 1200 + Paddle (RM1000) + Medal
• Runner Up: RM 500 + Sports Equipment + Medal
• 3rd Place: Sports Equipment + Medal

Novice Women Doubles

• Champ: RM 600 + Paddles (RM1000) + Medal
• Runner Up: RM 200 + Sports Equipment + Medal
• 3rd Place: Sports Equipment + Medal

Tournament Format & Rules

• Player Disqualification for No-Show or Lateness
  • Players who miss their match more than 2 times or arrive 5+ minutes late after name announcement can be disqualified.
• No Player Replacement or Substitution After Registration
  • Once registration closes, no changes to players are allowed. Violations result in disqualification.
• Match Format and Scoring
  • Round Robin to Quarterfinals: 15 points, 1 game (no deuce).
  • Quarterfinals to Finals: 21 points, 1 game (no deuce).
• Referee and Umpire Authority
  
  • Referees can disqualify for disrespect, miscommunication, or repeated rule violations.
• No Refund Policy After Registration
  • Strictly no refunds once registration is confirmed.
