Tournament Format & Rules
- Authorized Agent: The Company is officially allowed to run and manage fundraising campaigns and contests on behalf of not-for-profit organizations (NPOs).
- Handling Donations: The Company is responsible for collecting donations and managing campaign-related activities on behalf of each NPO.
- Agreement to Terms: By checking the acceptance box or using the service, you agree to the Terms and enter a binding contract with the Company and the NPO.
- Ongoing Consent: Continuing to use the service means you accept any updates or changes to the Terms.
- Your Responsibility: It’s your job to check for any changes to the Terms posted on the website. If you don’t agree, you should stop using the service immediately.
