- Venue: 28 Sport Cafe, Melaka
- Registration Limit: Malaysian only, maximum 40 teams per category

Round Robin Stage
- 8 groups of 5 teams
- 15 point game
- Top 2 teams advance to the knockout stage
Knockout Stage
- Best of 3 games – 11 points
