The Diadem 002 Tournament is set to bring exciting pickleball action to Pickle Crown @ Tropicana Sports Center on 28 June 2025.

This one-day event welcomes passionate players in the Men's Doubles (DUPR 7.5 combined) and Mixed Doubles (DUPR 7.0 combined) categories, promising a day packed with high-level competition and community spirit.

With a total prize pool of RM3,600, participants will battle it out for RM2,000 for 1st place, RM1,000 for 2nd, and RM600 for 3rd.

Registration starts at 7:30am for Men’s Doubles and 1pm for Mixed Doubles, with games kicking off shortly after, don’t miss your chance to compete and win!

1st Place:

  • RM 2,000 + Diadem Paddles worth up to RM 1,400

2nd Place:

3rd Place:

  • RM600 + Diadem Paddles worth up to RM 800

Tournament Format & Rules

  • Eligibility & Registration: Teams must meet DUPR limits (7.5 Men’s Doubles, 7.0 Mixed Doubles), be 18+, and have a valid Reclub account with full payment completed within 72 hours. All participants must comply with rules, or their registration may be rejected.
  • Tournament Format: The event uses round-robin and knockout stages with traditional scoring (no deuce) to 11, 15, or 21 points depending on the round. Timeouts, court side swaps, and punctuality rules apply, with forfeits issued for late appearances.
  • Code of Conduct & Fair Play: Players must maintain sportsmanship and avoid misconduct, cheating, or equipment abuse. Smurfing or fake match submissions to lower DUPR ratings will lead to disqualification.
  • Equipment, Health & Liability: Participants must bring their own USAPA/UPAA-approved paddles; balls are provided. All players compete at their own risk, and organizers are not liable for injuries or lost property.
  • Prizes, Media & Policy: Prizes are awarded based on placement and are non-transferable; cash prizes may be prorated. By joining, participants consent to media use of their image and accept non-refundable fees unless the event is cancelled.
